[SPORTING KC-REAL SALT LAKE: Referee] Hilario Grajeda, who refereed the 2013 MLS All-Star Game in Kansas City, will return to Sporting Park to referee Saturday's MLS Cup final between Sporting Kansas City and Real Salt Lake. Here's are some stats on the 2013 Referee of the Year.

Grajeda refereed 23 games in 2013, tied withBaldomero Toledo for the most in MLS (regular season and playoffs). He did three RSL regular-season games, one SKC regular-season game, and his one playoff game was the second leg of the Portland-Seattle series.

Grajeda issued four red cards in 2013, most notably a straight red to Seattle's Osvaldo Alonso after the Cuban elbowed Portland'sWill Johnson in the Sounders' regular-season meeting with the Timbers.
