    Inspiring reaction from his teammates after the PK miss. Given the great challenge to score goals in this 11 v 11 sport, we should never underestimate the value, the absolute necessity, for team cohesion and esprit de corps in the pursuit of success. This moment provides real insight into the soul of Barca. Well done posting it.

    note that they are playing 6v6 or 7v7 with smaller goals and smaller field. smaller sided games are the best way to develop at the younger ages.

    The Jamaican player (sorry- I can't think of his name) needed some love like that when he missed the penalty in the MLS sudden death shoot-out!
