Boyd finished with four goals in six Europa League games, putting Rapid ahead in the sixth minute at Dynamo Kiev. A win would have put Rapid through to the round of 32, but Dynamo recovered to win, 3-1.

Brad Friedel

Aron Johannsson was a late sub in AZ's 2-2 tie at PAOK that clinched first place in its group.

Kljestan had the easiest of shots after being set up by former MLS Rookie of the Year Andy Najarand Guillaume Gilletfor Anderlecht's equalizer in the 39th minute.
