[VIDEO PICK: Magic Feet] Lionel Messi has returned to Barcelona after rehabbing in Argentina, where during one of his training sessions he showed us how to score from behind the goal.

Messi, who had been sidelined with a thigh injury, hopes to see La Liga action against Elche this weekend and be 100 percent by the time Barca faces co-leader Atletico Madrid Jan. 11.

The Messi shot reminds me that while Johan Cruyff was playing for the old NASL Washington team, he was videoed chipping a ball from directly behind the goal and over the top with a back spin into it.
