Eclipse Elite clinches divisional championship

[NATIONAL LEAGUE] Eclipse Elite Black clinched its U-16 division and U-18 Braddock Road YC Elite and U-15 Futura Academy Forte also secured berths at the U.S. Youth Soccer National Championships in U.S. Youth Soccer National League girls play at ESPN Wide World of Sports.

National League: Scoreboard

The top two finishers per division will earn a spot at the National Championships to be played in Germantown, Md. They will be joined in each age group by four regional winners.

Rory Dames' Eclipse Elite Black finished with a 6-1-0 record in its under-16 division. Its lone loss came to Michigan's Waza FC, which finished third in the division. MRM Coyotes will take take place unless Legends FC sweeps its final three games.

For the second consecutive season, BRYC is heading to the National Championships after clinching a spot through the National League. The 2012 national champions went 6-0-1 in each of the last two National League seasons.

Missouri's Futura Academy Forte clinched a top-two finish in the Under-15 Blue Division as it earned four wins and three ties.

There are still nine National League division titles and 17 berths to the National Championships that will be decided when National League Girls play wraps up March 21-23 in Las Vegas.
