Three teams hold two first-round picks

[2014 MLS SUPERDRAFT] D.C. United holds the No. 1 pick in the 2014 MLS SuperDraft that will be held Thursday at Philadelphia's Pennsylvania Convention Center. The hometown Union has two of the first six picks (No. 2 and No. 6) and the Vancouver Whitecaps hold the No. 3 and No. 7 picks. New England is the only other team with more than one first-round pick (No. 12 and No. 19).Chivas USA, New York and Sporting Kansas City are without first picks. The first two rounds will take place on Thursday and the third and fourth rounds will be held via conference call on Jan. 21. The Supplemental Draft has been dropped.
