[AMERICANS ABROAD]Of the seven European-based field players eligible for Wednesday's Ukraine-USA game, all but Brek Shea started on Saturday. That includes Clint Dempsey, who made his first appearance for last-place English Premier League club Fulham in more than three weeks and started in its 3-1 loss at home to London rival Chelsea, which has opened up a four-lead at the top.
