[PACIFIC NORTHWEST TOUR]Three non-residency players, Edwin Lara, Tyler Adams and Nicholas Taitague, all eligible for the U-15 national team, are among the 20 players U.S. under-17 national team coach Richie Williams has taken on a three-game tour of the Pacific Northwest that begins Friday.

The U-17s will begin its tour with a match against the Seattle Sounders Reserves/U-17/18s in Seattle, where they will stay for Seattle's MLS opening game against Sporting Kansas City on Saturday. The team will then travel to Portland to take on the University of Portland on March 12 and the Portland Timbers Reserves/U-17/18s on March 17.

They will be missing their foreign-based players such as Joe Gallardo, Daniel Barbir, Joshua Perez and Luca De la Torre.
