[MLS 2014 TRANSACTIONS] With their USL PRO affiliates about to begin their seasons, D.C. United and the Houston Dynamo loaned out four and three players, respectively, for more grooming.

D.C. United will be loaning four players -- goalkeeper Joe Willis, second-year forward Michael Seaton and rookies Jalen Robinson and Cristiano Francois -- to the Richmond Kickers with whom it is in the second year of their partnership.

Seaton, a 17-year-old native of Capitol Heights, Md., who plays internationally for Jamaica,  spent most of his rookie campaign on loan with the Kickers, who won the 2013 USL regular-season championship. Willis gives the Kickers an experienced keeper. He has played in 23 games in his first three MLS seasons with United.

The Dynamo loaned three second-year pros -- Anthony Arena, Jason Johnson and Bryan Salazar -- to the Pittsburgh Riverhounds ahead of their season opener on Saturday at Orlando City. The Dynamo and Riverhounds formed an affiliate partnership for the 2014 season last November.
