[SOCCER ON THE AIR] The documentary "Gringos at the Gate," which explores the USA-Mexico rivalry through the eyes of fans, star players, academics and analysts from both sides, airs Sunday on ESPN Deportes at 4:30 pm ET.

"Gringos at the Gate," winner of the 2013 Gold Remi Award, tells the history of the rivalry and how it shadows the historical and current social and political relationship between these two nations.

The documentary, directed by Pablo Miralles, Roberto Donati and Michael Whalen, includes appearances by Herculez Gomez, Eric Wynalda, Steve Sampson, Alberto Garcia Aspe, Leonardo Cuellar, Ricardo Pelaez, Cobi Jones, Rick Davis, Claudio Suarez and Paul Caligiuri.
