Goal.com reports that Borussia Monchengladbach goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen has said that he will leave the club this summer, even if he is blocked from joining Barcelona due to the transfer window ban imposed on the Catalan giant by FIFA on Wednesday. Barca has been barred from participating in the next two transfer windows due to recent transfer dealings involving players under the age of 18, which did not follow FIFA protocol, according to the world governing body for soccer.
