Real Salt Lake rookie Jordan Allen out of the University of Virginia, Chivas USA midfielder Marco Delgado and New York Red Bulls defender Matt Miazga were also among eight MLS pros in the team. Ben Spencer is on loan to NASL's Indy Eleven from Norwegian club Molde.

The U-20s will face U-19 teams from Eintracht Frankfurt of Germany, River Plate of Argentina and Tigres of Mexico in the first round of the Gordon Jago Super Group.
