[SOCCER ON THE AIR]Major League Soccer will be one of the launch partners along with the likes of ABC News, Buzzfeed, Variety, Weather Channel Films and Jash when Condé Nast Entertainment launches The Scene with premium video in July.
Condé Nast Entertainment unveiled the next phases of its digital expansion following the launch of its digital video network in March 2013 with GQ and Glamour channels.
It has built its digital network to 11 branded channels inspired by Conde Nast titles, and the next phase of the division’s digital expansion includes the addition of three new branded channels -- Bon Appétit, The New Yorker and Lucky – and the creation of The Scene, the first platform devoted to curating and showcasing premium digital-first video content.
“In just one year, CNÉ has set the industry standard for award-winning original video content that millions of influential millennials are watching and sharing,” said Dawn Ostroff, president, of Condé Nast Entertainment, in a statement. “The addition of The Scene, which will feature content from all of our powerful branded channels and premium digital videos from leading traditional and digital media companies, will increase our reach to entirely new audiences.”
