[AMERICANS ABROAD] Juan Agudelo scored his third goal since moving to FC Utrecht on loan from Stoke City with the game-winner in FC Utrecht's 2-1 win over Vitesse on the final day of the Eredivisie season.

Agudelo slipped in to put away a loose ball in the 78th minute to give Utrecht the win that moved it to 11th place in the final standings. He also had an assist on Utrecht's first goal scored by Steve De Ridder.

Aron Johannsson did not play for AZ in its 1-1 tie with Feyenoord. He finished third in the Eredivisie with 17 goals -- and had 26 goals in all competitions for AZ.

Tim Howard's Everton saw its Champions League bid end when it fell to Manchester City, 3-2. The win kept City in the driver's seat to snatch the EPL title from Liverpool.

Leading Scorers (2013-14):
26 Aron Johannsson (AZ)
18 Terrence Boyd (Rapid Vienna)
9 Sacha Kljestan
(Anderlecht)
(Goals in all club competitions.)
