[USL PRO: Week 9] Sacramento Republic FC got goals from Thomas Stewart and Rodrigo Lopez to defeat LA Galaxy II, 2-1, before its second sellout crowd of 20,231 at Hughes Stadium.

Republic FC will host a fourth match at Hughes Stadium against Arizona United SC on June 7 before moving to its home at Cal Expo. The loss dropped Los Dos six points behind unbeaten Orlando City, which won, 1-0, at Arizona United FC. The game marked the debut of 17-year-old Tommy Redding for Orlando.

-- The Harrisburg City Islanders, who had scored just three goals in their first six games, broke out for a 5-3 win over the Dayton Dutch Lions. Substitute Jimmy McLaughlin, on loan from the Philadelphia Union, found Morgan Langley for the go-ahead goal in the 83rd minute, and Langley put the game away from around midfield with keeper Matt Williams out of position in the 90th minute.
