[WORLD CUP: Off the Post] World Cup games in China air in the middle of the night, including 3 a.m. kickoffs. Entrepreneurs expecting Chinese fans will need excuses to skip work have been selling fake doctors' notes online -- because many Chinese employers require physician-approved excuses.
