What They Saying: Oscar Tabarez

TAGS:  world cup 2014

"I believe from what I've seen he's the best player in the World Cup. I'm not exaggerating. We tried to limit him a lot today but he kept coming and made his presence felt. Hopefully, he will continue to move on because he's very young and soccer needs players with these characteristics."

-- Uruguay coach Oscar Tabarez on 22-year-old Colombian James Rodriguez, who scored both goals -- his fourth and fifth of the tournament -- in Colombia's 2-0 win.
