Colombia President Juan Manuel Santos, who was reelected as the World Cup got underway, declared Friday a holiday so its citizens focus on Los Cafeteros quarterfinal against host Brazil.
"I want to announce to all government workers that, by civic decree, Friday afternoon will be a public holiday so that everyone can watch the game," said Santos, who will be watching in Fortaleza.
