[DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY] The LA Galaxy Academy got goals from Dylan Smith and Juan Orozco to beat 2013 champion Real Salt Lake AZ, 2-0, and win the 2014 Development Academy under-15/16 championship. It was the second U-15/16 title for the Galaxy academy and the fifth in a row by an MLS team.

2011: LA Galaxy

In the 51st minute, Orozco collected a ball cleared away by RSL AZ off a corner kick just inside the 18 before volleying it into the top of the net.

U.S. U-17 Elijah Rice, who has missed Thursday's semifinal while serving a red card suspension, scored one goal and assisted on goals by Kendall Stork and Amit Tal to lead Chicago Magic PSG to a 3-0 win over Irvine (Calif.) Strikers FC in the U-15/16 third-place game.
