Luis Suarez's appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (Cas) against a four-month ban for biting Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini will be heard on Aug. 8. Barcelona signed the 27-year-old Uruguayan on a reported $127 million transfer fee from Liverpool after the incident and hopes to have the part of his punishment that bans him from "all soccer-related activity," which would delay his training and play for Barca until October, lifted. Suarez is also banned by FIFA from playing for Uruguay for nine games and was fined $110,000. Read the original story...
