[NASL: Fall Week 4] Christian Ramirez extended his NASL scoring lead with a pair of goals to gave Minnesota United FC a 2-1 victory over visiting Ottawa. The game at TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis was part of a doubleheader with the Manchester City-Olympiacos match that drew 34,047 fans.

Ramirez's two goals give him nine for the season, and the win extended Minnesota's unbeaten streak to eight games. The spring champion moved to within two points of idle San Antonio in the fall standings.

"I am very proud of the guys for getting the result and proud of the movement we showed," said United coach Manny Lagos. "It was a nice day and we played good soccer early on and unfortunately by not putting chances away in the first half/ [Ramirez] has been playing really well and he bagged it for us; it was a big goal for the club and a big three points."

-- Indy Eleven earned its seventh sellout in seven home matches at Michael A. Carroll Stadium, but the 10,285 fans again left disappointed as the Atlanta Silverbacks prevailed, 4-2, over Indy, which has yet to win at home. Kleberson converted two penalty kicks for Indy, but goals by Atlanta's Jaime Chavez and Junior Sandoval gave the Silverbacks the valuable three points.

-- A goal by Ty Shipalane gave the Carolina RailHawks a 1-0 victory at the New York Cosmos.

-- The Fort Lauderdale Strikers won by the same score over Tampa Bay Rowdies on Fafa Picault's goal.
