LINDSEY HORAN (USA). Horan became the first American to sign a pro contract out of high school with a foreign club when she signed with Paris St. Germain in 2012. She recently re-signed for two more years after scoring 32 goals in two league seasons. She missed the 2012 U-20 World Cup in Japan with a knee injury. She debuted for the senior national team at the 2013 Algarve Cup.

JANG SELGI (South Korea). The 20-year-old Kang won the 2010 U-17 Women's World Cup in Trinidad & Tobago as a defender but now plays up front for the U-20s, for whom she is the captain. She plays for  Guingamp in Ligue Feminine, where she has been named the top young player two years in a row.

ASISAT OSHOALA (Nigeria).
Oshoala, who starts for the Super Falcons, Nigeria's senior national team, returns for her second tournament with the Falconets. In 2012, they finished fourth, losing to the USA in the semifinals and host Japan in the third-place game after opening with four shutout wins.
