Orlando extends lead, Molino ties scoring mark

[USL PRO] Orlando City beat the Harrisburg City Islanders, 3-1, before a sold-out crowd at the ESPN Wide World of Sports to extend its lead at the top of USL PRO to three points over Richmond, which had to settle for a 1-1 tie with last-place Dayton.

Kevin Molino scored his 15th goal, tying former Orlando City and current Sporting KC star Dom Dwyer and Jose Angulo of the Pittsburgh Riverhounds for the USL PRO single-season goal scoring record, with six matches remaining.

Harrisburg’s Robbie Derschang opened the scoring in the sixth minute, but Darwin Ceren equalized with a brilliant free kick two minutes later. In the 89th minute, Ceren added a second goal.

Shintaro Harada's goal on a free kick in the 80th minute gave Dayton a tie at Richmond, whose unbeaten streak now stands at 20 games.

Like's Harada, George Davis IV scored on a free kick for Richmond for his 10th goal of the season.
