[CONCACAF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE] The New York Red Bulls are the last MLS team to begin play in the Concacaf Champions League when they host FAS of El Salvador on Tuesday night at Red Bull Arena (live at 8 p.m. ET on Fox Sports 2, Univision Deportes). This will be the Red Bulls' first participation in the group stage. Five years, it was entered in the preliminary round and lost to W Connection of Trinidad & Tobago.

With a match at Eastern Conference leader D.C. United scheduled for Sunday, Red Bulls coach Mike Petke is expected to rest many of his starters. He named backup Ryan Meara, which has yet to play this season in MLS, as his goalkeeper for Tuesday's match.
