[MLS EXPANSION] The NASL’s San Antonio Scorpions released plans for doubling the capacity of Toyota Field, the soccer stadium that opened in 2013, to about 19,000seats and adding luxury boxes and concessions with an eye toward being awarded an MLS expansion team.
