[U.S. SOCCER] U.S. Soccer has appointed longtime MLS executive Nelson Rodriguez, most recently president of Chivas USA, tothe newly created position of managing director of national team advisory services that will help guide young players as they make their career choices. The move comes as more and more players, asyoung as 14, are being snapped up by foreign clubs.
