The Vancouver Whitecaps have signed 18-year-old Honduran Deybi Flores on a one-year loan from Honduran first division club Motagua. Flores, who will start outas a backup in the defensive midfield, is the second member of the Honduras under-20 national team to sign with an MLS club after Bryan Rochez, who signed as aDesignated Player with Orlando City.
