Manchester United has agreed a fee of 22 million pounds ($33.5 million) for PSV winger Memphis Depay, the clubs reported on Thursday. Depay, a Dutch international, has long been a target ofUnited coach Louis van Gaal, who worked with the 21-year-old as head coach of the Netherlands during the World Cup in Brazil last summer. The deal is still subject to the player completing amedical, which he will undergo at the end of the season. Depay recently helped lead PSV to its first Eredivisie title in seven seasons.
