[A REF'S VIEW] Soccer Americans who have watched the New York Marathon on TV know that New York City is made up of five boroughs. I grew up in the borough of Queens and our home was a short corner kick from Kennedy Airport. I went to college and worked for many years in the borough of Manhattan.
