COLLEGE: Mobile wins first NAIA men's title

The University of Mobile won its first NAIA men's title when it beat Park University, 2-1, in the final at the Lovers Lane Soccer Complex in Bowling Green, Ky.

Lindsey Wilson's reign as NAIA men's champion is over.

The host Blue Raiders' bid for a fifth straight title ended in the semifinals Monday night when they lost to Park University, 4-3, on penalty kicks after the Pirates rallied for two second-half goals to tie LWC, 2-2.

College Women: All-California NAIA final after Westmont, Azusa Pacific win

It's an all-Southern California final in the NAIA women's soccer championships after archrivals Azusa Pacific and Westmont captured semifinal victories Monday at St. Charles, Mo.

Westmont (19-1-3), the defending champion, pounded Union, Ky., 4-0, and Azusa Pacific (16-3-0) edged host Lindenwood, 1-0, in overtime. Both games were played in sub-freezing temperatures.
