I'm not inclined to put her on probation." -- Florida Circuit Judge Hale Stancil, who rejected an offer by prosecutors that would have resulted in former Big Sun Youth Soccer League treasurer Priscilla Bellcase being placed on five years probation, ordered to pay full restitution and community service for taking tens of thousands of dollars from the league's bank account.
