ACE SOCCER CLUB, WISCONSIN
The PUMA 2013 Annual Midwest Spring Soccer Fest is an approved tournament of US Club Soccer. The PUMA 2013 Midwest Spring Fest is hosted by ACE Soccer Club, Wisconsin and sanctioned to host teams from the US only. The tournament allows teams from all States and teams/clubs sanctioned outside of USYS are also welcome. The team or teams must be entered for competition in a league affiliated with the USSF or National equivalent and sanctioned by their appropriate State or National Association. State and National Select teams are not eligible. No permission to travel required. Validated, laminated State player passes, as well as parental medical release forms, are required for all players participating in the tournament. All coaches on the bench area must be licensed and passed. Tournament Complex: All games will be played at the Polonia Soccer Complex, Franklin, WI Hotels/Lodging: https://sitesearchllc.net/sports/tournaments_list.php Games: Each team will play a minimum of 3 games Each game will be a minimum of 50 minutes (U7-U18) Registration Fee: **Multiple Team Discounts Apply, Contact Tournament Director** U7, U8 $275 per team U9, U10 $350 per team U11, U12 $400 per team U12 Premier through U18 $475 per team FLIGHTING INFORMATION: ACE soccer tournaments pride themselves in creating an environment that is both fun and competitive for youth soccer. In order for the Tournament Committee to continue to further this standard of excellence, it is imperative that they have accurate and specific information on all teams wishing to participate. To achieve the appropriate level of competition, the Flighting Information must be completed, in detail, and in its entirety. With everyone’s cooperation we can ensure that all teams participating will meet the appropriate competition level.
