Hexagonal Update: Jamaica calls Boyd into training

Jamaican national team coach Clovis De Oliveira has called up former A-League star Walter Boyd for the training camp to prepare for the World Cup qualifier against the United States June 16 in Kingston. Boyd, a popular player in Jamaica, now plays for Swansea City in Wales after starring for Colorado in the A-League. The 24-player list does not include many U.S.- and English-based stars. Training camp squad: Aaron Lawrence,Donovan Ricketts, Leon Gordon, Linval Dixon, Claude Davis, Marco McDonald, Shane Crawford, Kirk Hendricks, Daniel Shaw. Midfielders: Jermaine Johnson, Fabian Taylor, Ray Graham, Irvino English, Kevin Wilson, Ricardo Fuller, Greg Gardner, Derrick Smith, Damion Stewart, Patrick Graham, Kirk Wright, Fabian Davis, Robert Scarlett,Theodore Whitmore and Walter Boyd.
