United), Marcelo Balboa (Colorado Rapids), Gregg Berhalter (Sparta Rotterdam, Netherlands), Mike Burns (New England Revolution), Paul Caligiuri (Los Angeles Galaxy), Ted Chronopoulos (New England Revolution), Thomas Dooley (Columbus Crew), Mike Duhaney (Tampa Bay Mutiny), Alexi Lalas (New England Revolution), Mike Lapper (Columbus Crew), Eddie Pope (D.C. United), Greg Vanney (Los Angeles Galaxy), Peter Vermes (Colorado Rapids). Midfielders -- Mark Chung (Kansas City Wizards), John Harkes (D.C. United), Frankie Hejduk (Tampa Bay Mutiny), Chris Henderson (Colorado Rapids), Cobi Jones (Los Angeles Galaxy), Brian Maisonneuve (Columbus Crew), Preki Radosavljevic (Kansas City Wizards), Steve Ralston (Tampa Bay Mutiny), Tony Sanneh (D.C.
