The Major League Soccer Disciplinary Committee suspended Columbus Crew forward Andy Herron for four games and fined him $3,000 for the Costa Rican's elbow to New England Revolution defender Jay Heaps in their 2-2 tie last Thursday. (Revs midfielder Shalrie Joseph was fined $500 for lack of respect for the game for shoving Herron.)

The disciplinary committee also suspended Chivas USA defender Sacha Kljestan two games and fined him $1,000 for fouling Real Salt Lake forward Andy Williams in the second half of Chivas USA's 4-0 win on Saturday. Williams is out up to eight weeks with a high ankle sprain.
