Former Kansas City Wizards and Real Salt Lake forward Yura Movsisyan, who was on track to become eligible for the United States, scored in his third straight
game for Armenia in Euro 2012 qualifying when he helped defeat Andorra, 4-0, on Tuesday.
The 23-year-old Movsisyan was born in Azerbaijan to Armenian parents and later moved to California, where he played at the junior college level before turning pro.
Movsisyan, who holds a green card, played his first game for Armenia in August against Iran. He has been outstanding since joining Randers in Denmark as a free agent after playing on RSL's 2009 MLS championship team.
