[AKRON-MICHIGAN MEN] Just three days after Jamaican freshman Darren Mattocks‘ hat trick, U.S. U-20 defender Kofi Sarkodie scored three goals for No. 1 Akron in its 7-1 victory over visiting Michigan Tuesday night in front of 3,018 fans.

Sarkodie matchedMattocks’ effort against Buffalo in a 4-0 win with two goals in the first half and another in the second against the Wolverines.

It was the first career hat trick for Sarkodie, who alsoscored a pair of goals against Florida Atlantic earlier this year.

Mattocks scored the first of four second-half goals for Akron to give him 11 goals and nine in his last sevenmatches.

With the win, the Zips (12-0-1) extended their home unbeaten streak to 32 games (31-0-1) dating back to the 2008 season. It is the fourth-longest run in NCAA history.

It’s an extremely sad day in Soccer for US highschool soccer players when College’s are recruiting talent out of this country and giving scholarships to non-US residence’s.It goes to show you how ass-backard this country is! Maybe all US high school students should attend college in other countries instead of the US to show the support they and their parents don’t get from the Universities in our Capitalistic Country!
