[VIDEO PICK] Referee Peter Walton had to improvise quickly when he set up to caution Birmingham's Jordon Mutch and discovered he hadn't packed his cards.

During the 1-1 tie between Birmingham and Everton, Walton's use of an invisible card worked quite well in the 40th minute. Walton, who apparently described to Mutch the color of his pretend card, retrieved his real ones in time to show three yellows in the second half.
