British police officers say two more letter bombs were in the Scottish postal system after Celtic manager Neil Lennon, lawyer and Celtic supporter Paul McBride and  politician Trish Godman were sent letter bombs.

The incidents raised new attention to theproblems of sectarianism in Scottish soccer, where the two big clubs are Celtic, with heavy Catholic support, and Rangers, which has Protestant backing.

Protestant Action Group — an oldcover name for the hardline Ulster Volunteer Force (UVF) — claimed to send Cardinal Keith O’Brien, leader of the Catholic Church in Scotland, a lettercontaining bullets before last year’s papal visit last year.
