Turkish police launched raids in 15 provinces on Sunday, searching offices and detaining players and administrators in connection with match-fixing allegations that have rocked Turkish soccer.

Share prices of league champion Fenerbahce have plunged since its president, Aziz Yildirim, was among 60 people detained in theinvestigation. Games being investigated include matches in which Fenerbahce beat Eskisehirspor and Sivasspor last season.

The Turkish federation is under pressure to decide whether tostrip Fener of its title. UEFA has set a deadline of July 15 for confirmation of teams to take part in the 2011-12 UEFA Champions League.
