[PDL] The Sounders FC U23, Orlando City U23, Forest City London and Carolina Dynamo reached the PDL semifinals after winning conference titles on Sunday.

Orlando City won the 2004 PDL title as the Central Florida Kraze, while the Dynamo was USISL champion in 1993 and 1994, its first two seasons.

Based in London, Ont., Forest City is in its fourth season. The Sounders FC U23 are not owned by the MLS Sounders.
