[DATEBOOK] The USA will open its home schedule in the 2013 Hexagonal with a game against Costa Rica March 22 at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City,Colo. (kickoff: 10 p.m. ET, TV:  ESPN). The game will follow training in the Denver area that will allow the USA to also prepare for the game in altitude against Mexico March 26 in MexicoCity.
