Juve's troubles continue, Kljestan enjoys eventful evening

[UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE: Matchday 4] Italian champion Juventus' troubles in the UEFA Champions League as it gave up two goals in eight minutes and had to settle for a 2-2 tie with Real Madrid in a match it otherwise dominated.

On a night when defending champion Bayern Munich and Manchester City clinched berths in the knockout phase, Juve fell into last place in Group B still without a win in four games.

FC Copenhagen's 1-0 win over Galatasaray dropped Juve into last place, and it Italian club will need at all costs to avoid a defeat it last two games against Copenhagen in Turin and Galatasaray in Istanbul to avoid elimination.



AMERICAN CONNECTION. Sacha Kljestan had an eventful game for Anderlecht, assisting on Demy De Zeeuw's goal but later getting dismissed in a 1-1 tie at Paris St. Germain that earned the Belgian champion its first point of the competition.

Kljestan drove left the left side on a well constructed play and fed De Zeeuw for the only goal, but the lead last only two minutes as Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who had scored four goals against Anderlecht two weeks ago in Brussels, scored off his own rebound.

Kljestan was red carded in the 82nd minute for his second yellow card of the game, a handball in midfield, and he will be suspended for the next game.
