Real Madrid on Wednesday appointed Zinedine Zidane as coach of Spanish third division side Castilla, also known as Real Madrid’s “B” team. The formerReal and France midfielder was assistant coach to Carlo Ancelotti at the Bernabeu last season. Zidane, who won the World Cup and European Championship with France, as well as the European Cupwith Real in addition to league titles in both Italy and Spain, is being mentioned as a potential replacement for Ancelotti in the future.
