Brazilian boy saddled with long French name

[WORLD CUP: Off the Post] Not that uncommon for parents to name their children after famous soccer players, but Brazilian Petrucio Santos, infatuated with France's 2006 World Cup team, may have gone a bit overboard when he named his son Zinedine Yazid Zidane Thierry Henry Barthez Eric Felipe Silva Santos.

Now 7 years old, the boy says he's only memorized the first three parts of his name and, if it were up to him, "I would have loved to be named Luiz Gustavo."

His father told Brazilian newspaper O Globo that France's win over Brazll in the 2006 quarterfinal endeared him to Les Bleus' star players.
