[MLS: Thursday] Just minutes away from a dramatic win that would have moved it into a tie for fifth place in the Eastern Conference, the Philadelphia Union had tosettle for a 1-1 tie with the Chicago Fire when a botched clearance by goalkeeper Rais Mbolhi allowed Robert Earnshaw toscore the tying goal in stoppage time. The tie was the Fire’s league record 17th in 30 games.
