Two matchups — Panama vs. Cuba and Trinidad & Tobago vs. Haiti — will be played as a doubleheader on Jan. 8 at the Estadio Rommel Fernandez in Panama City, Panama, to determine the final twoberths in the 16-team Copa Centenario. The two winners will advance to next summer’s special edition of the Copa America in the United States.
