Belgium midfielder Radja Nainggolan says talks about a transfer from Roma to Chelsea have broken down and he’s promised Roma president James Pallotta he wants to stay.
“Chelsea were talking but at the moment there is nothing,” he said. “The Premier League is a big competition, it’s lovely, but I think sometimes in life you need to make choices, and all I can say isthat I am happy where I am.”
