MLS Expansion: St. Louis voters say 'no'

In what MLS termed a “significant setback for the city’s expansion opportunity,” St. Louis city voters rejected by a vote of 53 perfect to 47 percent Proposition 2 that would have provided $60 millionin public financing for a downtown soccer stadium.
