“We were 100-percent sure who we were bringing into our locker room and in our team and his hunger for scoring goals. But also, meantime, he is helping the team, and that’s the attitude and mentality we want from everyone.”

-- Chicago Fire coach Veljko Paunovic, on Hungarian international Nemanja Nikolic, who leads MLS with 10 goals in 11 games after signing in the offseason from Poland's Legia Warsaw. (MLSSoccer.com)

It's amazing how these coaches are so quick to say things after the fact when a few months prior he had zero idea. Let's see what his noise will be after his team fails to win the trophy..

You mean fails to win the World Cup... So you're saying their scouts don't do anything? That the coach didn't put him in a position for his success? I'm not buying your skepticism.

QTD is a tiresome troll whose every post contains nothing but pointless negativism. He must be a blast at cocktail parties.
